They won their seventh consecutive match with a 6-3 victory, running their record to 8-1. The duo is 25-6 over the last two years in doubles.
Cummer and Gabrielle Centenari won their first match together this year, taking a 7-5 decision at No. 2.
The trio of Centenari, Megan Scholvinck and Ava Todd all saw their personal singles win streaks come to an end. Centenari had her season-high five-match streak stopped with a tough three-set defeat. The freshman split her first two sets by the scores of 6-4 and then dropped a tough 10-8 third-set tie-breaker.
