
Davidson Agrees to Multi-Year Partnership with Under Armour

DAVIDSON, N.C. – Davidson College has agreed to a multi-year partnership with Under Armour, the global leader in innovative footwear, apparel and equipment as announced by school officials on Thursday.
As part of the long-term partnership, Under Armour will outfit 20 of Davidson's 21 Division I athletic programs with training and game-day footwear, apparel and equipment, effective July 1, 2016. After two years, the deal will cover all 21 teams.

"This long-term relationship offers us the opportunity to outfit our teams and scholar-athletes in game-changing products while aligning Davidson with a brand that is a recognized leader in innovation."

Davidson's all-time leading scorer, reigning NBA MVP and Champion, Stephen Curry, is one of Under Armour's biggest sponsored athletes. Curry has been featured in multiple global brand campaigns and has released two signature footwear collections, which have been key drivers of Under Armour footwear sales over the past year.
