GREENSBORO, N.C. – Davidson wrapped up its 2016 fall campaign Monday morning at the Bridgestone Golf Collegiate hosted by UNCG.
The two-day / 54-hole event was played on the Grandover Resort's West Course.
Davidson (312-286-298 = 896) was led by senior Andy Simmons, who recorded his second straight round of par or better to finish at 221 (81-68-72).
Junior Spencer Papciak (74-75-73 = 222) finished one back of his teammate, while Jack Lang (77-74-76 = 227), Hoke Carlton (80-72-78 = 230) and Michael Freeman (82-72-77 = 231) rounded out the Wildcat starters.
Mike Blasey competed as an individual for Davidson, turning in a 229 (80-72-77).

No. 20 Duke (834/-30), one of four nationally-ranked teams in the field, claimed the team title by four strokes over Iowa State (838/-26).
Georgia State's Nick Budd (67-69-68 = 204), who was in a three-way tie for the lead entering the final round, fired a four-under 68 to capture the individual crown.
Davidson will begin its spring season at the Wexford Collegiate Feb. 27-28, 2017 in Hilton Head, S.C.
