Wildcat W. Soccer Releases Spring Schedule

DAVIDSON, N.C. — Head coach Greg Ashton announced the Spring slate of games for the Davidson women's soccer team and it features four home games at Alumni Stadium.
The Wildcats, coming off its first year in the Atlantic 10, will play six games total with an Alumnae contest to close out the Spring season.
They start the Spring slate with four straight home contests, first hosting Gardner-Webb, March 25, at 7 p.m. The two schools last met in the Fall of 2006 as the 'Cats scored a 4-0 win to improve to 5-0 all-time vs. the Runnin Bulldogs.
A doubleheader follows next against Radford and Queens, March 29, with game times set for 1 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Davidson then opens April with an 8 p.m. contest at home vs. High Point, a team it has gone 9-1 against all-time since first meeting the Panthers in 1992.
The final two Spring games feature trips to former Southern Conference opponents UNCG, April 15, and Western Carolina, April 19. Game times for both contests are set for 7 p.m. and 2 p.m.
Davidson welcomes back its former greats with an Alumnae game at the 1992 Team Field, April 25, at 11 a.m.
