2015 Football Schedule
DAVIDSON, N.C. – The Davidson football team is set to put on its annual red and black game Saturday, March 28 at 3 p.m. at Richardson Stadium. Admission is free.
This year's spring game will be conducted as offense vs. defense and will consist of five situational periods ending with overtime. Head football coach Paul Nichols will determine the administration of penalties as well as starting field position for each series.
The offense will earn points for third and fourth down conversions (1 pt.), extra points (1 pt.), two-point conversions (2 pt.), explosive gains (2 pts.), field goals (3 pt.) and touchdowns (6 pts.), while losing three points for each turnover.
The defense will earn points for third and fourth down stops (1 pt.), tackles for a loss, including sacks (2 pts.), safeties (2 pts.), takeaways (3 pts.), blocked field goals (6 pts.) and takeways for a touchdown (10 pts.).

Senior wide receiver William Morris and senior defensive lineman Chris Woods recapped the spring after the Wildcats' final evening practice on Wednesday, March 25. Click here to view Morris and Woods.
Following the spring game, the Davidson Gridiron Club and the Davidson Athletic Fund will host a post-game dinner in the Nisbet Lobby, Baker Sports Complex. Tickets are required.
