89 Wildcats Earn A-10 Commissioner Honor Roll Distinction

NEWPORT, Va. – Davidson placed 89 student-athletes on the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll on Friday, the league office announced.
To be listed on the Commissioner's Honor Roll, a student-athlete in an Atlantic 10 sponsored sport must have a 3.5 GPA or better (on a 4.0 scale) during the specific semester. Freshmen are eligible to receive the award.
In total, 1,470 student-athletes from across the conference were named to the Commissioner's Honor Roll, the highest number of honorees to achieve the distinction since prior 2007, making it the most during Commissioner Bernadette V. McGlade's tenure.
Friday's announcement also marks the eighth straight semester that over 1,300 student-athletes have earned the distinction.
