DAVIDSON, N.C. – The Davidson field hockey coaching staff with hold a Fall Shoot and Save Clinic on Saturday, Oct. 25 at Belk Turf Field.

The one-day clinic is open to all ages and skill levels and is aimed to enhance skills, game strategy and overall knowledge of field hockey.

Head coach Ginny Turner will work with field players from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., while goalkeeper coach Kristen O'Rourke will work with goalies from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Turner, an All-Colonial Athletic Association selection at William & Mary, is in her eighth season at the helm of Davidson field hockey.

O'Rourke, in her first season with the Wildcats, has worked to develop Davidson's current goalkeeper into one of the nation's best, currently ranking fourth in saves per game (.788) and eighth in save percentage (.783).

Cost for attending the clinic is $90 for goalies and $60 for field players. Please contact O'Rourke at krorourke@davidson.edu for further information.
