Swany, one of two senior captains this year, looks to lead the Wildcats in their final season in the Southern Conference. Last year the midfielder started 18 of her 20 games and registered her first career collegiate goal in a 2-1 win at The Citadel, Oct. 4. Swany has appeared in 55 games over her three-year career.
Davidson heads to the state of Florida for their first road trip this weekend, Aug. 30-Sept. 1. The Wildcats will play in the Embassy Suite Classic, hosted by Florida Gulf Coast. They will also taking on Florida Atlantic over the weekend in the classic.
