DAVIDSON, N.C. — Davidson continues with its season-long six-game homestand Saturday afternoon when it plays host to Wofford in the Wildcats' Southern Conference women's basketball opener at 2:30 p.m. in John M. Belk Arena
This will be the final season the 'Cats will compete in the SoCon before moving to the Atlantic-10 next year. It's the second time Davidson has opened league play against the Terriers, with the other matchup taking place during the 2003-04 campaign.
Davidson Wildcats' Student-Athlete Advisory Council is again participating in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program. Anyone who brings a toy or makes a donation of at least $5.00, will receive a voucher for a ticket to a future women's and men's basketball game. Student Athletes will be in front of the Baker Sports Complex to collect the toys.
