DAVIDSON, N.C. — Fresh off a little holiday break, the Davidson women's basketball team returns to the hardwood with a trip to Knoxville, Tenn., to face eight-time NCAA Champion Tennessee this Friday evening for a 7 p.m. matchup against the 13th ranked team in the nation at Thompson Boiling Arena.
The Wildcats (4-6, 1-0 SoCon) last played at cross-county rival Charlotte on the 21st of December. Friday's game will be the last of Davidson's 10 non-conference opponents this year as they have faced the likes of North Carolina, Rutgers, Miami and now traditionally powerhouse Tennessee.
The game will be broadcast live on the Davidson Radio Network on teamline with Derek Smith and Leslie Urban. You can also follow the Wildcats on live stats or live video streaming through Tennessee's athletic website.
