DAVIDSON, N.C. — After a seven-day break, the Davidson women's basketball team returns to the hardwood this Friday night when they battle cross-county rival the Charlotte at Halton Arena in their final game before the holiday break. The Wildcats and the 49ers are set to tip off at 7 p.m.

Davidson is playing its ninth non-conference opponent of the season and eighth on the road. The Wildcats have gone 3-5 thus far, including a pair of nationally-ranked foes in North Carolina (currently ranked 25th) and No. 23 Miami.
