DAVIDSON, N.C. — Davidson continues on with its four-game road swing Thursday night with a trip to Gardner-Webb as the Wildcats will be looking to snap a four-game road skid with tipoff set for 7 p.m. tonight.

Last Time Out...
•Davidson (3-5, 1-0 SoCon) ran into a tough Miami Hurricane squad, ranked No. 23, and fell 67-35 last Saturday.
•It was the first time the 'Cats were playing the Hurricanes and first time facing a ranked opponent since seeing No. 17 Vanderbilt in 2008-09 during the Commodores' Thanksgiving Tournament.
•Sarah Davis had a season-high 13 points, hitting a career-best six field goals.
•Davidson was held to just 25 percent shooting, its lowest of the season, at Miami.

•Despite being held to four points and two rebounds at Miami, Sophia Aleksandravicius has been on a roll of late, registering three double-doubles in the last four games.
•During her spurt, she is averaging 19 points and 10 rebounds, including a 30-point, 15-rebound effort in a 17-point win over High?Point last Wednesday.
•She is averaging a double-double (16.3 ppg/ 10.3 rpg) and has 28 blocks (6th nation at 3.5 bpg).
•Aleksandravicius is a perfect 19-for-19 in the last six games at the free throw line.

SoCon Numbers...
•Aleksandravicius paces the league in rebounds and blocks (3.7 bpg), and is fourth in points.
•Barbara Sitton is first in steals per game (3.6) and second in assists (5.3 apg).

Preseason Honors...
•Davidson was picked first in the SoCon preseason coaches poll and second in the media poll.
•Aleksandravicius was tabbed the preseason SoCon Player of the Year favorite, while she and Laura Murray were named to the coaches preseason all-league team for the second time.

•Aleksandravicius is 80 points away from setting the all-time scoring mark, while she is one rebound away from setting the rebounding mark as she is tied with Carolyn Kirsch right now with 878. She already holds all the career blocking records and made field goals mark.
•Murray needs 108 more points to become the 16th Wildcat to clip the 1,000-point mark.

Series vs. Gardner-Webb...
•Davidson trails the all-time series, 7-4, but has rattled off wins in the last four straight meetings.
•A year ago, the 'Cats put five players in double figures in points and jumped out to a 21-3 lead in cruising to a 67-46 win at John M. Belk Arena.

Scouting the Opposition...
•Gardner-Webb (4-4, 0-1 Big South) dropped a 70-62 decision to Longwood Sunday despite shooting over 60 percent in the first half to fall to 4-4 on the year.
•Tonight's game finishes out a four-game homestand for GWU. It is 4-2 so far on the year at home.
•The Runnin' Bulldogs have fallen in four of their last five games overall. This will be their third SoCon opponent they have faced out of four they will take on this year.
•Catrina Green (11.1) and Jasmine Dale (11.0) pace the offense, which is averaging 65.8 points.
•GWU is holding opponents to 32.2 percent shooting, 37 rebounds and 54.9 points.
•The Runnin' Bulldogs return just six of their 15 letterwinners, but three of them are starters.
•They are coming off a 4-25 season, 3-15 in the Big South.
•GWU was picked to finish ninth in the Big South preseason poll, the same spot it finished last yr.
