Radsky 10th in Latest U.S. Senior Freestyle Wrestling Rankings

DAVIDSON, N.C. — Rising senior Alex Radsky moved into the top-10 of the latest national rankings of the U.S. Senior Freestyle as he is ranked 10th in the 60 kg (132 pounds) weight class according to themat.com.
Radsky, who has been on a roll since winning a Southern Conference title and reaching the NCAAs, will take his top-10 ranking to the upcoming U.S. World Team Trials. The senior won the 60 kg (133 pounds) bracket at the USA Wrestling Northern Plains Senior Freestyle Regionals on May 15 by earning four decisions en route to the regional title. In doing so, he advances to the World Team Trials in Council Bluffs, Iowa, June 11-12.
At the 2010 USA Wrestling World Team Trials, Radsky will be competing against national champions, Olympians and World medalists for a place on the national team that will represent the United States at the 2010 World Championships in Moscow, Russia.
Radsky in March became Davidson's first SoCon Champion in 41 years and competed at the NCAA Wrestling Championships for the first time in his career.
