
Wrestling Announces Incoming Freshman Class

DAVIDSON, N.C. - Davidson wrestling coach Bob Patnesky announced today the incoming freshman class for the 2009-10. Six student-athletes, making up the class of 2013, have committed to wrestle for the Wildcats next season.
“Coach Joe Privitere and myself are very excited for this upcoming class,” Patnesky said. “We feel these student-athletes will add depth to our team, and as a group, they have a lot of potential.”
Brent Mowry
Weight Class: 157
Height: 5-9
Hometown: Aquasco, Md.
High School: La Plata
Prior to Davidson: Three-year letterwinner at La Plata High School, where he recorded 100 victories in his career, becoming one of just seven wrestlers in school history with 100 wins ... Was nationally ranked by Wrestling USA and earned All-American honors as a senior ... Qualified for states all three seasons, placing third and fourth ... 2009 County Wrestler of the Year ...
