Davidson Announces New Wildcat Pride Program and Website

DAVIDSON, N.C. — Davidson's Wildcat Pride is starting the new school year off with a whole new look. New additions to the Wildcat Pride student loyalty program include new rewards, electronic scanning, and a brand new website.
Wildcat Pride is an annual incentives program created by the Davidson Sports Marketing department to promote student attendance and involvement at Davidson Athletic events. An increase in student attendance will ultimately result in a Home Field Advantage for Davidson athletics, as well as enhance the overall experience for players and spectators.
BY ATTENDING DAVIDSON ATHLETIC EVENTS, ANY DAVIDSON STUDENT CAN EARN THEIR WAY TOWARDS FREE DAVIDSON GEAR! Rewards this year include special VIP events, preferred seating at Men's Basketball home games, tickets to away games, and autographed memorabilia.
Pride was previously run through a punch card system. This year, Pride is switching over to a scanning system, which involves scanning in with your Cat Card at any athletic event you attend throughout the year. This system makes it easy to track points, and offer special options to members with certain trends. Wildcat Pride will be located at every Davidson home athletic event beginning September 5th. Each event is worth one point; however, there are designated events that are valued at two points. The more games you attend, the more free stuff you can win!
The new Wildcat Pride website is accessible through www.DavidsonWildcats.com by selecting the “Wildcat Pride” tab on the left side navigation list. Types of prizes offered, an events schedule, the top 15 leaders, and more are all available via the Pride website. Wildcat Pride is free and open to all students at Davidson.
