BOONE, N.C. — The Davidson Wildcat women's track and field team opened the indoor track season at the Appalachian Invitational on Saturday morning.
Freshman Liz Crowley made her debut for the Wildcats, finishing with the team's top times in the 55-meter dash and the 200 meters. She finished 21st in the 55 meters (7.52) and 18th in the 200 meters (28.12).
Senior team captain Amaka Obidegwu turned in the 'Cats top finish of the day, placing 15th in the 400 meters with a time of 61.23.
