Today's Game
• The Wildcats host Valparaiso on Senior Day in the 2007 season finale.
• Davidson will honor 18 seniors, playing in their final home contest, prior to kickoff.
• The 'Cats are coming off a two-game road swing, capped by a 52-49 setback at San Diego last Saturday. Davidson logged 3,006 miles on the road in the last two weeks.
• The 'Cats are 10-5 in their last 15 contests, dating back to last season, including 6-1 at Richardson Stadium.
• The 'Cats are 8-5 in their last 13 PFL games, dating back to last season.
• Davidson is 3-1 at home this season.
• The Davidson football program is one win shy of the 400 plateau.
• Valparaiso is 2-2 in its last four contests and is coming off a 29-27 victory at Jacksonville last Saturday.
• The previous week, Morehead State had to use a late field goal to get past Valpo 16-14 on the road.

Series Record
• Davidson leads the all-time series, which began in 2001, 4-0.
• This will be the second time the Wildcats host Valparaiso at Richardson Stadium. The first was a 24-7 Davidson victory in the first game between the two schools.
• The 'Cats have won the last three contests against Valpo on the road, including a 48-14 decision last season.
• Davidson has averaged 48.3 points a game in the last three contests.
• Jonathan Hubbard rushed 27 times for 114 yards and four touchdowns in the 'Cats meeting with Valpo last season.
• Ryan Alexander threw for 245 yards and a score, and Brett Dioguardi had six receptions for 85 yards.
• Chad Barnes also logged seven carries for 81 yards, and quarterback Matt McGreevy scored on a 23-yard touchdown run.
Scouting the Crusaders
• Valparaiso likes to run the ball and averages 212.2 rushing yards a game. Eighteen of the Crusaders' 32 touchdowns have come on the ground. Valpo averages 389.2 yards of total offense an outing.
• Quarterback Warren Arnold leads the offensive attack, averaging 71.3 rushing yards and 173.8 passing yards a contest.
• A trio of running backs will see action, starting with Jeff Horton, who averages 71.8 yards a contest and has six TDs.
• Ross Weimer has 398 rushing yards this season, while John Popper has 263. The Crusaders average 4.8 yards a carry as a team.
• The Valpo defense is staunch against the run, allowing 125.8 yards a contest.
• The Crusaders have 29 sacks and 70 tackles for loss. Valpo has also intercepted 12 passes for 149 return yards.
• The Crusaders own a -8 turnover margin and have lost 13-of-23 fumbles.
Chasing a Record
• Senior Ryan Hubbard needs 184 yards to become the all-time leading receiver in Davidson history.
Taking Care of the QB
• The Wildcat offensive line has allowed just six sacks in 360 pass attempts this season.
• Davidson ranks third in the country in sacks allowed.
•The 'Cats had a streak of 61 consecutive pass attempts without a sack come to an end on the first play of the second quarter against Morehead State. They have a current streak of 128.
