Erica Andorf enters her third year serving as the Director of Wrestling Operations at Davidson College. With a background in wrestling management and support, she brings valuable expertise to her role. Before joining Davidson College, Andorf was the manager for wrestlers Nate Carr, Jr., and Kyven Gadson. She also held a position as the Director of Donor Relations at the Cyclone Regional Training Center in Ames, Iowa.
Her journey in the wrestling world began in Iowa, where she initially volunteered as the parent representative for the Ames High School Wrestling team. Her passion and commitment quickly led her to assume the leadership of the Ames Area Wrestling Club, a youth wrestling organization. In addition to her involvement at the grassroots level, Erica co-founded the Be Rare Initiative during the challenging times of the pandemic.
Before immersing herself in the wrestling community, Andorf had a successful career in management and support roles for various corporations and nonprofit organizations over a span of twenty-five years. Her diverse experience has honed her skills in organizational management and resource coordination.
Erica's personal connection to wrestling stems from her son, Marcus Coleman, a two-time All-American at Iowa State Wrestling. Her family is an integral part of her life, and she cherishes spending time with her older son, Blayke, as well as her grandchildren, Quincy, and Iylah.
Through her dedication, expertise, and passion for wrestling, Andorf continues to significantly impact the sport and inspire the next generation of wrestlers.
