-Averaged 11.1 points (3rd on team), 6 rebounds (2nd on team), and 1.1 blocks (1st on team) while adapting to a new culture and language
Braeden Dial, Lacrosse
-Through games on April 14, she leads the team in goals (30), assists (24), and points (54).
-Has been named A-10 Rookie of the Week three times and will likely be named to the A-10 All-Rookie team.
-Has started all 16 games for the 'Cats
Viraj Garewal, Golf
-Currently ranks as the top freshman golfer in the Atlantic 10 with the lowest freshman scoring average in program history.
-Has been named Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week twice
-Will likely be named A-10 Rookie of the Year and All-Conference
Kyle Gorant, Wrestling
-Went 17-12, including 6 wins by pin (2nd on team)
-Named to the SoCon All-Freshman Team, was ranked as high as 3rd in the conference, and finished season with 4th place finish at the SoCon Championship.
Cassidy Gould, Women's Basketball
-Started every game but Senior Day for the Wildcats while regularly drawing the opponent's best player as a defensive assignment.
-Constantly improved throughout the season, saving her best performances for the final 5 games of the season, where she led the team in scoring (13.4 ppg).
-Was named Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week after helping lead the 'Cats to a victory at Clemson
Dreylan Hines, Football
-Named PFL Co-Freshman Defensive Player of the Year and to HERO Sports FCS All-America List
-Led all PFL freshmen in passes defended (8) and interceptions (4). Led team in interceptions.
-Finished 5th on the team in tackles (40).
Henry Howell, Men's Soccer
-Named to A-10 All-Freshman Team and was named A-10 Rookie of the Week
-Led the team in goals (5) and points (14) as a defender
-Played 1,488 minutes (3rd on team) while starting 16 of 18 games.
Sam Kavarana, Men's Tennis
-Has been named A-10 Rookie of the Week 3 times and stands a great chance of being A-10 Rookie of the Year.
-Has compiled a 13-4 record while playing in 19 matches for the 'Cats (18 at #3)
Emma Nguyen, Women's Soccer
-Appeared in all 17 contests, starting 7 for the Wildcats and playing 919 minutes
-A major contributor to the offensive attack, having a 50% Shots on Goal percentage and completing 77% of her passes throughout the year.
Colin Ross, Men's Track
-Ran the fastest freshman 3000m in school history (8:35).
-Scored in the event at the A-10 Indoor Championship, the only freshman in conference to score in the event.

Thacher Scannell, Men's Swimming
"A Five Time A-10 Rookie of the Week, Thacher finished his freshman campaign as the fastest distance swimmer in Davidson History. He broke Davidson’s 1650 Yard (Swimming’s Mile) Record, and broke Davidson Freshman Records in the 200 and 500 Freestyle. The Runner-Up finisher in both the 200 Freestyle and 500 Freestyle at A-10s, he was the second highest scoring freshman at the championship (edged by a single point), and was only out-touched in his events by the A10 Swimmer-of-the-Year (who happened to swim the same event program)."
