WILDCAT TOP 21 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- How do I make sure my gift will go to athletics? - When making your gift, be sure to direct it to the Davidson Athletic Fund. You may also designate your gift to the sport(s) or your choice.
- If I played more than one sport while at Davidson, will my participation count toward each sport that I played? - Yes, each Division I sport you played while at Davidson will receive participation credit when you make your gift to athletics.
- If I made a gift to athletics last year, does that count toward this competition? - Dollar contributions from the start of this fiscal year, (July 1, 2023) through the end of Wildcat Top 21 on June 21, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. will count toward this year's Wildcat Top 21. For sport-specific alumni participation totals, all gifts made from the beginning of the college’s fiscal year (July 1, 2023) through the end of the challenge will count toward each sports alumni participation total.
- If I designate my gift to the DAF unrestricted fund instead of a particular sport will it count toward the Wildcat Top 21 goal? - If you are an alumni athlete, your participation will count toward your team's fundraising total and participation percentage in the Wildcat Top 21. Your gift to DAF unrestricted will count toward the overall dollar goal for this year's Wildcat Top 21.
