What does it mean to you to be a Davidson student athlete?
Everything! So much of my identity in life has been formed around basketball, but Davidson as a school has shaped the rest of me as a person. I’m proud to represent such a prestigious school and athletic program.
What is unique to you about being a Davidson student athlete?
Davidson is such a special place. When we go on the road, people know who we are. Representing Davidson, on and off the court, is an honor and a privilege because a lot is expected of us.
What would you like to say to donors who make your experience possible?
If it weren’t for my scholarship, I wouldn’t be at Davidson. I’m the oldest of five kids. Having the opportunity to be here is something I’m grateful for every day.
If you could talk to all the alumni members of your team to motivate them for the Wildcat Top 21, what would you say?
My teammates are some of my best friends in the world. I’m sure you have similar relationships with your teammates. Let’s help give other girls the opportunity to form these bonds and leave a lasting legacy on Davidson Women’s Basketball!
