Bio
2021: Named to Atlantic 10's Commissioner's Honor Roll • Played in 25 matches and 62 sets • Totaled a career-high 117 kills during her senior season • Averaged 1.89 kills per set, served 8 aces and combined for 15 blocks • Matched her carer-high 16 kills during the season opener against UNC Asheville and set a career-high 15 digs • Recorded six double-digit kill performances • Tallied back-to-back double-doubles to close out the regular season.
2020 (competed in spring of 2021 due to COVID-19): Played in 30 sets and nine matches • Recorded 48 kills • Had a season-high 16 kills on 3/21 against ECU • Recorded a double-double against ECU with 16 kills and 14 digs • Ended the season with 13 digs at VCU.
2019: Played in all 28 matches and in 98 sets • Had a career-best seven kills at Fordham (11/9) • Set career-highs in aces (2), digs (10) and blocks (3) against Saint Louis (11/17) • Had three assists in consecutive matches against Fordham (10/11) and Rhode Island (10/13).
2018: Played in 11 matches and 16 sets • Had six assists at N.C. Central (10/9) • Earned her first kill at George Mason (11/2).
Before Davidson: Earned three letters at Del Norte... named first team all-league in 2017 as a captain and was a second-team selection in 2016 and 2015.... named to San Diego County All-Conference squad... guided Del Norte to two league championships and led club team to the National Championships.... also competed competitively in ice skating and also played soccer.
Personal: Daughter of Peter and Jeni Kay... has one older brother, Jonah, who is a middle hitter on the UCLA men's team.
