Davidson Wraps up JDL Early Bird Invite on Sunday

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - The Davidson men's track & field team wrapped up the JDL Early Bird Invite on Sunday afternoon. The Wildcats had three scholar-athletes finish in the top 5 in their respective events.
Evan Pfeil was fourth overall in the long jump (6.81m). Eddie Brown finished fifth overall in the shot put (14.14). Tyler Thompson was fifth overall in the 600m (1:22.85). The Wildcats 4x400m relay squad was fifth overall with a time of 3:21.82. This group featured Conner Rittenhouse, Bradley Cruthirds, Malcolm Cook, and Sineth Andrabadu.
Six scholar athletes completed the 60m and AJ Kurtz highlighted the group with a seventh place finish (6.92). This was the most Davidson had in any event on Sunday. Kurtz also competed in the 200m and finished in ninth place (22.54).
