
Wildcats Fall to VCU at Home

DAVIDSON, NC - Davidson fell to VCU in straight sets at home on Tuesday evening. Anna Withee, Meile Songaila, and Emma Slusser combined for 14 kills in the match.
The Wildcats got off to a strong start in the first set and led 10-4, but the Rams stormed back to win 25-19.
VCU won the second set 25-16 and the third set 25-15.
Davidson and Duquesne are currently tied for sixth place in the A-10 standings. Both teams have a 5-7 conference record. The top six teams make the A-10 tournament, which takes place from November 21 to November 23.

Davidson travels to Fordham this weekend for two contests. First serve on Saturday is at 2 p.m. and Sunday's match is at 1 p.m. from the Bronx.
