Winners of six of their last seven, the 'Cats improve to 12-12 overall and 8-5 in league play, while the Rams fall to 7-15 and 3-10.

Highlighted by three early kills from Slusser, Davidson raced out to a 6-2 lead in the first. The Wildcats stretched the margin to as many as six on separate occasions before the Rams used a 6-2 spurt to cut the deficit to 20-18. Slusser, who put away five of her six swings in the frame, added two more kills late as 'Cats took the opener, 25-21.
In the second, the two teams traded points to find themselves deadlocked at 14-14 before Davidson grabbed control with a 6-1 run, highlighted by kills from Jackie Bardin, Songaila and Kayla Davis. Once again, the Rams responded, this time with a 6-1 stretch of their own to even things for a seventh and final time, 21-21. The 'Cats went on to score four of the last five points, capped by a finish from Tilles to go up 2-0 in the match.
Trailing 3-2 early in the third, the 'Cats scored six straight, sparked by three service aces from Nguyen to go ahead 8-3. Fordham slowly chipped away and eventually grabbed a 19-17 lead late in the set. Out of a timeout, Davidson forced multiple Ram errors while closing on an 8-4 run to complete the comeback and secure the sweep.
Whitley Moody was the lone bright spot for Fordham with a team-high 11 kills.
