Determined: Inside one Wildcat's Fight to Overcome Adversity
Despite all that has happened recently, determination and perseverance remain. Izzy Lozano of the women's lacrosse team knows all about overcoming adversity, and she can be a great example and inspiration during these times. The junior not only overcame a torn ACL before coming to Davidson; she also came back from a near life-threatening skiing accident in 2019 to fill a key role for the Wildcats in 2020. This is her story.
